I focus on the health of the scalp and hair using gentle handling, precise parting, and appropriate tension/ portion techniques to promote hair growth and prevent breakage.
Products Used for Loc Maintenance/Hair Styling : I use a select range of products for loc care & natural hair care. This includes sulfate-free clarifying shampoos, hydrating/moisturizing conditioners, nourishing oils for moisture and scalp health, and residue-free gels/jams. All products are chosen to promote healthy hair and scalp without build-up.
Maintenance Schedule for Loc Clientele : I typically recommend a maintenance schedule every 4-6 weeks, 6-8 weeks, or every 3 months depending on hair, loc stage, & lifestyle. Routine includes cleansing, conditioning, and re-twisting or interlocking, depending on growth and individual needs. Regular appointments help maintain your locs' appearance and overall health.
Range of Services for Locs & Natural Hair : I offer a range of services including starting locs, regular maintenance, loc coloring (upon request & consultation) , styling for special occasions, minor loc repair, advanced loc styling, loc crystals, & loc extension installs. My natural hair services include faux loc protective styling, deep conditioning treatments, braid downs, and boho knotless braids!
Client Consultations : Absolutely! I provide detailed consultations both in-person and virtually. During these sessions, we discuss your hair vision, current hair health, lifestyle factors, and customize a plan suited to your needs. This ensures that both the stylist and client have a clear understanding and set realistic expectations.
